searching for details of a particular donor, donation date 27/2/11, can only see the name of the runner, why?

    Hi Mary

The photos in your album on your fundraising page are kept in a google picasa web album. Changing the photos can either be done through Google Picasa or through your fundraising page.

If you want to change them in your picasa web album, go to http://picasaweb.google.com and sign in with your google account details. Once you’ve singed in you’ll see the albums for your account, and one of them will be the album shown on your fundraising page. Once you select the correct album you can add and remove photos, and they will appear straight away on your gallery. Google have a guide here on how to remove photos, and one here on how to add more.

Alternatively you can add new pictures to a new album through the Virgin Money Giving website. There’s a guide that will help.

Our help desk team would also be happy to help you. There contact details are here.
