The big climb for Big Change

In September, Holly and Sam Branson and the other founders of Big Change Charitable Trust – including Princess Beatrice, will be heading to the Alps to try and reach the summit of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The team are raising money for the charity that the six of them set up and the climb comes at the end of months of training to ready themselves for the high altitude, cold climate and tough environment.

Holly, Sam and Beatrice know all about working together, having completed the Virgin London Marathon in 2010 joined together as part of a 34 man caterpillar. While they won’t all be joined together for this challenge they’ll need plenty of that same team spirit to make it to the top of this epic mountain.

You can find out more about the Big Climb for Big Change by clicking onto their Virgin Money Giving page.

Big Change helps young people in the UK achieve their potential and be the very best they can be by partnering with charitable and community based projects throughout the UK and you can find more details on their website.
