As we begin the final run up to Christmas, we just wanted to let you know when our Helpdesk team are available and how the bank holidays will affect charity payments.

Helpdesk hours over the Christmas Period

Monday 23 Dec – 9am to 5.30pmTuesday 24 Dec – 9am to 5.30pmWednesday 25 Dec – Closed

Thursday 26 Dec – Closed

Friday 27 Dec – 9am to 5.30pm

Thursday 2 Jan – 9am to 5.30pm

Friday 3 Jan – 9am to 5.30pm

Saturday 28 Dec – Closed
Sunday 29 Dec – Closed

Sunday 5 Jan – Closed

You can of course leave us an email via theteam@virginmoneygiving.com over the Christmas period and we’ll pick this up when our Helpdesk Team are next in the office.

Charity payments over the Christmas period

We pay the donations made through Virgin Money Giving directly to our charities weekly, every Monday.

Over the Christmas and New Year period all Monday’s are normal working days but sometimes it can take a few days to show payments in your account. So the payments made on Monday 23 December and Monday 30 December may not show until Friday 27 December and Thursday 2 January.
