You can of course leave us an email via email@example.com over the Christmas period and we’ll pick this up when our Helpdesk Team are next in the office.
We pay the donations made through Virgin Money Giving directly to our charities weekly, every Monday.
Over the Christmas and New Year period all Monday’s are normal working days but sometimes it can take a few days to show payments in your account. So the payments made on Monday 23 December and Monday 30 December may not show until Friday 27 December and Thursday 2 January.
